This Content Removal and Takedown Policy ("Policy") outlines our procedures for handling content that violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, or applicable laws.
This Policy is designed to comply with:

- External links shared within the platform

3.1 Legal Violations
Content will be removed if it:
- Violates Indian laws or regulations
- Infringes intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark)
- Contains defamatory, libelous, or false statements
- Promotes or depicts illegal activities
- Discloses personal information without consent (doxxing)
- Contains non-consensual intimate imagery
3.2 Platform Policy Violations
Content violating Clipster policies will be removed, including:
- Community Guidelines violations: hate speech, harassment, bullying
- Nudity & Sexual Content: pornography, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material
- Violent & Dangerous Content: graphic violence, animal abuse, dangerous challenges
- Spam & Deceptive Practices: scams, fake engagement, impersonation
- Regulated Goods: promotion or sale of weapons, drugs, counterfeit items
- Misinformation: harmful false claims, election interference, medical misinformation
- Privacy Violations: unauthorized personal information sharing
3.3 User Safety Concerns
Content that poses immediate risk to user safety will be removed, including:
- Suicide, self-harm, or eating disorder promotion
- Threats of violence or harm
- Dangerous stunts without safety warnings
- Content endangering minors
- Coordinated harassment campaigns
3.4 Store Policy Violations
For Clipster Store content, removal may occur for:
- Sale of prohibited items (digital goods, weapons, drugs, adult content)
- False or misleading product descriptions
- Counterfeit or pirated goods
- Violation of Clipster's Returns & Refunds Policy
