This Reporting and Blocking Policy ("Policy") explains how users can report inappropriate content or behavior and how to block other users to maintain their personal comfort and safety on our platform.

3.1 Reporting Options Available:
- Report Videos, Clips, or Captures
- Tap the "⋯" (three dots)on the content
- Select "Report"
- Choose the appropriate category:
- Harassment or bullying
- Hate speech
- Nudity or sexual content
- Violence or dangerous acts
- Spam or misleading content
- Intellectual property infringement
- Child safety concern
- Suicide or self-harm promotion
- Other violation
- Add optional details (recommended)
- Tap "Submit Report"
- Report Comments
- Press and hold the comment
- Select "Report"
- Choose reason category
- Submit report
- Report User Profiles
- Go to the user's profile

- Choose reason and submit

- Open the conversation
- Tap the user's name/photo
- Select "Report"

- Prohibited item
- Counterfeit product
- Misleading description
- Price manipulation
- Other violation
3.2 What Happens After You Report:
- Immediate:Report is logged with timestamp and user information
- Review:Our moderation team reviews within 24-72 hours
- Investigation:Content is examined against Community Guidelines
- Action:If violation found, content may be:
- Removed immediately
- Age-restricted
- Hidden from certain users
- Served with a warning to the uploader
- Notification:You may receive a confirmation that action was taken (no specific details due to privacy)
- Follow-up:For serious violations, we may contact you for additional information
3.3 Anonymous Reporting:
- Reports are confidential
- The reported user cannot seewho reported them
- Your identity is protected
- We never share reporter details unless required by law
3.4 Emergency Reporting:
For immediate danger or emergency situations:
- Contact local authorities first(Police: 100, Emergency: 112)

4.1 Blocking Methods:
- Block from Profile
- Go to the user's profile
- Tap "⋯" (three dots)in top right
- Select "Block User"
- Confirm your choice
- Block from Comments
- Press and hold the comment
- Select "Block User"
- Confirm
- Block from Messages
- Open the conversation
- Tap the user's name/photo
- Select "Block"
- Confirm
- Block from Search Results
- Find user in search
- Swipe left on their name
- Tap "Block"
- Confirm
- Manage Blocked List
- Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy → Blocked Users
- View all blocked users
- Unblock by tapping "Unblock"next to any user
4.2 What Happens When You Block Someone:
The blocked user CANNOT:
- See your profile or any of your content
- Send you messages
- Comment on your content
- Mention or tag you
- Find you in search results
- Follow you (automatically unfollowed if already following)
You CANNOT:
- See the blocked user's profile or content
- Send them messages
- Comment on their content
- Find them in search results
4.3 What Blocking Doesn't Do:
- Doesn't delete existing conversations
- Doesn't remove existing comments
- Doesn't prevent them from viewing public content you post
- Doesn't notify them they've been blocked (but they may figure it out)
4.4 Temporary vs. Permanent Blocking:
- Blocks are indefiniteuntil you manually unblock
- You can unblock at any time
- No limit on number of users you can block
- Blocking is free and available to all users
- Reporting for Different Content Types
5.1 For Videos/Live Streams:
- During playback:Use the three-dot menu
- Live streams:Report in real-time
- After broadcast:Report from profile or history
- Multiple violations:Report entire channel if pattern exists
5.2 For Comments
- Single comment: Report individual comment.
- Multiple comments: Report user profile for pattern of abuse.
- Mass reporting: If seeing many violations, contact support@clipster.co.in ✅
5.3 For Messages
- Single message: Report from conversation.
- Harassment patterns: Block and report profile.
- Threatening messages / emergencies: Report immediately to support@clipster.co.in ✅ (replaces old safety-emergency email for simplicity and compliance)
5.4 For Store Content
- Product listings: Report directly on product page.
- Seller profiles: Report for repeated violations.
- Fraudulent stores: Report with evidence to support@clipster.co.in ✅

6.1 Report Responsibly:
- Only report genuine violations
- Don't report as a form of harassment
- Provide accurate information
- Don't submit false or misleading reports

6.2 Block Responsibly:
- Use for genuine safety or comfort concerns
- Not as a tool for harassment
- Respect others' right to use the platform
